What awaits you
- Ensure the processing of decisions from the disability insurance (DI) and accident insurers (LAA) in the LAMal domain; analyse DI and LAA files and process requests for reimbursement of benefits
- Manage the detection of accident cases within the framework of LAMal benefits; sending and processing accident questionnaires, checking and paying invoices
- Handle simple and complex correspondence and ensure regular communication with insured persons, various providers, and healthcare providers
What we expect
- Commercial employee training with several years of experience; knowledge of the insurance field required
- Comfortable with IT tools
- Fluency in French; knowledge of German is an asset
- Ability to integrate well into a team
