Look forward to exciting tasks
- You build a Business Engineering team with two to three employees and lead it both professionally and personally. A central task is also anchoring Business Engineering within the company
- You analyse, document and harmonise group-wide end-to-end processes together with business and IT
- You translate business requirements into actionable requirements
- You manage the backlog, roadmap as well as the project and change portfolio and set clear priorities
- You establish the group-wide process governance, further develop methods and standards and clarify responsibilities.
- You lead workshops, expert circles and fit-gap analyses and bring together different interests to sustainable decisions
- You are responsible for and accompany selected projects around ERP, integrations and workflow automation
- You ensure with clear process documentation and practical training that new solutions are sustainably anchored
This is how you make us even better
- Completed studies at FH or university level, preferably in business informatics or business administration, ideally supplemented by business engineering
- At least five years of experience in business engineering, business analysis or process management
- Solid practical experience with ERP and ERP-related systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus
- Know-how in modelling processes in purchasing, sales, logistics and finance
- Experience in the interface function between business and IT as well as experience with multiple companies or locations
- Experience with agile and classical project methods, backlog management, IT governance as well as change and release management
- Strong leadership doer type with entrepreneurial thinking, clear communication and joy in sustainable change

Who are we?
OFFAG Management Services AG in Lupfig provides services in finance, personnel, administration, IT and caretaking for the entire OFFUMO group. This group includes the companies Fuchs-Movesa AG (trading and service company in the bicycle, sport and outdoor sector), OFRAG Vertriebsgesellschaft (general importer for Piaggio, Vespa, Aprilia and Moto Guzzi) and Neogard AG (trading company in the garden and do-it-yourself sector).
