Job Description
As a laboratory technician, you are responsible for:
- the preparation and experimental execution of cell and ELISA-based test procedures including data evaluation and documentation.
- Additionally, there is the possibility of training in LC-MS/MS based test procedures.
- Analytics of pharmaceutical active ingredients in biological matrices using ligand-binding assays according to GLP guidelines.
- Conducting endotoxin and cytotoxicity tests according to current reference methods.
- Processing analytical samples from clinical and preclinical trials as well as from early development projects using various extraction methods.
- Operation and maintenance of the analytical instruments used.
- Evaluation and control of laboratory data.
- Collaboration with study leaders and taking responsibility for compiling laboratory data.
- Acceptance and registration of samples.
- Supporting the entire team in general laboratory activities and daily planning.
Qualifications
- Completed training as a laboratory technician or a completed degree from a university of applied sciences (Bachelor).
- Practical experience in the field of bioanalytics.
- Independent, precise, and efficient working style.
- Knowledge from the GLP or GMP environment is an advantage.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, possibly LIMS or other laboratory software).
- Team player.
- Technically skilled and interested.
- Good organizational skills.
- Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
- Accurate and timely execution of all experimental work with consistent quality.
- Clear and transparent communication.
- Exemplary organization of daily laboratory operations.
