IT Workplace Services Professional vacancy for a globally operating Risch-Rotkreuz based company in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Acting as a digital enabler to enhance employee productivity and provide a personalized employee experience
• Leveraging data analytics tools to provide proactive support and optimize incident management processes
• Managing IT hardware lifecycle and deskside support services to ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs
• Providing support for onsite services, including events and meetings, while promoting best practices to enhance user experience
• Driving the deployment of standard workplace infrastructure and collaborating on global and local projects
• Supporting local audit, inspection, certification requirements, and business continuity and disaster recovery planning activities

Your experience/knowledge:

• Several years of experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware, software and mobile devices
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL v3 processes in IT service delivery
• Familiarity with supported operating systems, devices, and applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Expertise in managing IT hardware lifecycles and providing deskside support services
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German is advantageous
