Portrait of the School/Institution
Aarhus – a place to live, reside and learn. We accompany people with physical and multiple disabilities on their path, support where strengths can be promoted and offer a hand where disabilities make everyday life difficult. At Aarhus, 66 children and young people attend the school (with boarding and day school) and in the adult area, 63 people find a home in 7 residential groups with studio offerings.

Tasks
- Individually tailored speech therapy lessons in individual and small group settings
- Inclusion of supported communication (SC)
- Conducting eating therapies
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams (school, therapy, residential area), with relatives and, if necessary, external specialists
Requirements
- EDK-recognized training in speech therapy
- Motivation to work with children and young people with physical and multiple disabilities
- Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
- Flexibility, teamwork skills and resilience
