Job description
We are currently looking for an Industrial IT Support - M/F/X to join our IT Equipment teams located in the canton of Geneva in Switzerland.
The selected person will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the industrial IT fleet, as well as incident management and participation in migration projects.
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the industrial IT fleet.
- Manage and resolve IT incidents, tickets, and problems.
- Participate in migration projects and system updates.
- Apply security measures and propose improvements for the IT fleet.
- Write technical documentation and train users on new technologies and procedures.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure process efficiency and synergy.
- Commission industrial IT equipment.
🎯 Your profile
- You have experience as an IT, office automation, system, and network technician.
- You master Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- You have the ability to diagnose and resolve IT incidents.
- You possess skills in industrial IT fleet maintenance.
- You are able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- A strong preference will be given to candidates with local roots and knowledge of the regional industrial sector.
