Your activities
The SEAE's mission is to manage the Faculty's students and teaching programmes administratively in a fair, equitable and consistent manner, particularly regarding regulations, study plans, admissions, examinations and appeals.
Your main tasks will be:
• Autonomously ensure the secretariat of the Faculty and SEAE, as well as administrative support related to appeals;
• Handle the Faculty's material management;
• Facilitate communication processes within the Faculty;
• Manage reception and relations with the Faculty's users.
Your profile
You are an organised, reliable, discreet and solution-oriented person. You enjoy contact and interactions.
We are looking for the following profile:
• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training,
• Excellent command of French and English (level C1),
• Experience in secretarial work, ideally in an academic or training environment,
• Proactivity, comfortable with change and flexibility,
• Very good command of MS Office tools and ease with digital tools (OLGAH, SylviaAcad. and Teams, an asset),
• Open-mindedness, kindness and a welcoming attitude.
