Main tasks
In this role, you are the direct contact person for our customers who use our
software solutions. You assist with the application, answer questions, and resolve incidents directly by phone or forward them to internal departments.
You take on a dynamic range of tasks and enjoy supporting practices in
using IT and with billing questions. You triage and prioritize independently and work closely with our support team.
Requirements
- Communicative and customer-oriented personality
- Good IT user skills and technical understanding
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Independent and flexible working style
- Experience in medical billing with practice software
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system (e.g., medical practice assistant, MPA)
