Team Leader Sea Freight Export (fixed-term)

Tasks
- Organising and leading the export sea freight team (4–5 employees)
- Participating in the operational handling of FCL and LCL export orders
- Handling irregularities and complaints
- Assisting in the preparation of offers
- Accompanying customer visits as professional support for the field service
- Helping with the preparation of monthly statistics and participating in the month-end closing
Requirements
Completed training as a freight forwarding clerk
Several years of practical experience in sea freight, of which at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
IT
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
Languages
German: business fluent in spoken and written form
English: professionally proficient
Age
approx. 27 to 60 years
