Around 300 employees and 12 apprentices ensure daily that our fresh meat, sausage, and caterer specialties find their way into gastronomy and retail. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, independent, and responsible personality in the field of IT with solid CSB experience.

Mission: We drive the digital advancement of our company and shape a powerful CSB ERP environment that simplifies processes, creates transparency, and enables growth.

Your tasks:

• Collaboration and subproject management of ICT and ERP projects, from analysis through implementation to execution
• Responsibility for 1st and 2nd level support in the CSB environment including error analysis and sustainable problem solving
• Planning and execution of ERP updates as well as continuous development of the CSB system landscape
• Professional support and training of users including assistance with process and system optimizations
• Creation of ERP evaluations to support controlling
• Ensuring system documentation as well as compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements

You bring with you:

• Several years of experience with the ERP system CSB as well as solid knowledge in the ERP environment
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support and ideally in participating or leading ICT/ERP projects
• Analytical thinking skills and good understanding of business processes
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
