Your Tasks
- In this responsible position, you will significantly contribute to the holistic, pedagogical, and social psychiatric support of adults with various disabilities and challenging behaviors.
- You will accompany the integration of users into their social environment.
- You will be actively involved in the conception and further development of innovative approaches, particularly at the interfaces between psychiatry and disability assistance, to create sustainable participation opportunities.
- Through independent case management, you will make informed decisions and carefully document the key themes of the users.
- You will coordinate the daily group activities, work interdisciplinary, and promote a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Social Work FH, Social Education HF, or an equivalent qualification.
- Solid expertise in social psychiatric support as well as in working with people with mental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
- Commitment to implementing the human rights convention in everyday life and to providing inclusive, respectful support.
- Interest in developing and implementing innovative concepts as well as in co-designing projects in the field of disability assistance.
- Strong resource orientation, resilience, teamwork skills, and an independent, solution-oriented working style.
