Tasks:

You want to work independently, have a good sense for people and feel confident even in demanding situations? Then you are right with us.

In this role, you will take on the independent handling of debt collection cases – from initiating enforcement proceedings to legal openings and mediations.

You will be an important contact person for our customers, authorities and third parties – in writing and by phone. You answer questions, handle complaints and find suitable solutions, for example through instalment agreements, payment deferrals or settlements.

Escalation cases in the pre-legal area are also part of your responsibilities. You document your cases and conversations carefully in our modern debt collection systems and keep the master data up to date.

Furthermore, you support our Local Manager Switzerland with administrative and professional matters and contribute to a high level of customer service with your professional and solution-oriented manner.

What you bring:

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• Very good German, French and Italian skills
• Professional experience in debt collection and knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) is an advantage
• Professional and customer-oriented appearance
• Confidence and tact in demanding customer conversations
• Solution orientation and assertiveness
• Team spirit and a reliable way of working
