Introduction

Renobau Planung + Bauleitung AG is a small but dedicated company that has specialised for over 30 years in conversions, renovations and refurbishments of all sizes. With a team of skilled construction professionals (FH architects and HFP site managers) with many years of experience, we guarantee optimal advice and support at all times. We are looking for a committed Architect FH (80-100%) to strengthen our team from autumn/winter 2026 or by arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of construction projects (preliminary project to and including construction accounting)
• Monitoring construction execution and quality assurance
• Communication with clients, authorities and craftsmen
• Preparation of cost calculations and budget control

Qualifications

• Training as an FH architect or comparable qualifications
• Experience in site management, ideally in the field of conversion and renovation
• Native German speaker
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and willingness to take responsibility
• Driving licence category B
