With an experienced team, turnkey systems are realised from planning to commissioning. The scope of activities includes emergency power generators, battery storage systems, transport refrigeration machines, as well as complete service for diesel engines – from overhauls to spare parts to technical support. For an established Swiss company with technically demanding projects, a committed individual is sought who combines operational IT responsibility with the further development of digital business processes. The position offers the opportunity to actively shape technological solutions, deploy external partners purposefully, and align IT sustainably with operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for reliable IT operations and support of employees with technical concerns
Ensuring the interplay of ERP, Microsoft 365, and other business-critical applications
Independent management of the Microsoft 365 environment and coordination of specialised IT partners
Identification, conception, and implementation of digitalisation and optimisation projects
Management of external service providers including evaluation of services, costs, and solution approaches
Support of management in assessing technological possibilities and investment decisions
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship with IT further training, completed IT degree, or equivalent professional experience
Good knowledge in the administration of Microsoft 365 as well as experience with ERP solutions; SAP Business One is an advantage
Experience in planning and implementing IT and digitalisation projects
Competence in coordinating external service providers and consulting firms
Pragmatic, cost-conscious mindset as well as the ability to independently drive projects forward
Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, strong implementation orientation, and good German language skills
