SECURITY OFFICERS – COMMERCIAL ENVIRONMENT (M/F)

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Vaud, we are currently looking for several security officers for different types of assignments in a commercial environment.

8 auxiliary positions – Lausanne region and Riviera

We are looking for 8 auxiliary officers regularly available during the week and at weekends, with a distribution of needs between 5 positions in the Lausanne region and 3 positions in the Riviera area.

Working days may vary and are organised according to operational needs and your availability.

This position may be particularly suitable for students or people seeking supplementary work.

Fixed position – Food store in Lausanne – Full time

We are looking for 1 officer for a fixed full-time position within a food store in Lausanne, with 5 working days per week.

Hours are defined according to the site’s schedule.

This position requires regular availability.

Fixed position – Food store near Lausanne

We are looking for 1 officer for an assignment in a food store located near Lausanne.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 12:00 – 14:00 and 15:00 – 19:10
• Saturday: 12:00 – 18:10

This position requires regular availability on the days scheduled.

Fixed position – Monday to Thursday

We are looking for 1 officer available Monday to Thursday, according to the following hours:

• 11:30 – 13:30
• 16:15 – 20:15

This position is particularly suitable for someone seeking regular work from Monday to Thursday.

Part-time position – Vevey / Coindet

We are looking for 1 officer for a position located in Vevey, Coindet area.

Working hours are variable and organised every other week.

Availability from Monday to Saturday is required. Assignments are organised according to operational needs and the established schedule.

Your mission

Whatever the position, you are a true actor of prevention and security on the ground. You contribute to securing our clients’ sites while adopting a professional and respectful attitude towards colleagues and customers.

Depending on the position held, your duties may include:

• Active surveillance and deterrent presence
• Prevention of theft and incivility
• Observation and analysis of suspicious behaviour
• Assistance and customer relations
• Intervention in case of confirmed theft
• Collaboration with store staff
• Strict application of legal and internal procedures
• Writing intervention reports

What we are looking for

• Excellent presentation and professional attitude

• Calm, diplomacy and self-control
• Rigour in applying procedures
• Good interpersonal skills and sense of service
• Ability to work independently
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods
• Availability and reliability
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, essential for professional exchanges and writing intervention reports
• An additional language is an asset
• Good computer skills, essential for using our management application: logging shifts, consulting schedules and order data, as well as writing and sending intervention reports

Experience in security, surveillance or the commercial field is an asset but not necessarily required depending on the position.

Condition: No criminal convictions and no ongoing judicial proceedings, in Switzerland or abroad.
