Customer Relations Coordinator 100% (a) (fixed-term for 6 months), Zurich
These are your tasks:
- You accompany our customer orders from preparation through entry to control, including EDI orders
- You create invoice corrections and credit notes and handle customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner
- You prepare customer service data and thereby support the creation of relevant KPIs
- You process returns from customers and events and ensure a smooth process
- You create and maintain order forms and work closely with sales, marketing, and our logistics partner
- You maintain customer master data and check price lists in the ERP system, ensuring high data quality
These are your skills:
- You have completed commercial training and bring several years of experience in customer service
- You speak fluent German and have good French and English skills
- Ideally, you have experience in customer service within a consumer goods company
- You work customer-oriented, solution-focused, and with a high service standard
- You convince through communication skills, team spirit, and an open manner
- You work independently, responsibly, and feel confident handling ERP systems
