To meet these demands, we are looking for a responsible and independent person from January 2027 or by arrangement:

HR Assistant with Payroll Experience / Accounts Payable 80% (a)

Tasks

• Sole management of the HR lifecycle from entry to exit
• Independent execution of monthly payroll runs as well as the year-end closing
• Support in recruiting new employees
• Direct reporting to the CFO
• Contact person for employees and managers on all personnel-related matters
• Time and absence management Contact person for social insurances and authorities
• Participation in HR projects
• Posting and booking of accounts payable invoices including payment runs
• Trainer for commercial apprentices
• Organisation of employee events
• Assistance in marketing

Our expectations

• Several years of experience in payroll and personnel administration
• Completed commercial training and further education in human resources and/or payroll
• Trainer qualification advantageous or willingness to obtain it
• High IT affinity
• Good knowledge of labour law and social insurance
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software (Topas)
• Independent and reliable working style
• High social competence, sense of responsibility and independence
