What you can achieve
- Checking and processing of return requests
- Execution of invoice corrections and credit notes
- Various other administrative tasks
- Telephone and written information to pharmaceutical partners and customers
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as shipping, customer service, goods receipt to ensure quality standards
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial or logistics training
- You keep a cool head when dealing with complaints and look for solutions
- Strong quality awareness and enjoyment of detective work
- Confident German in spoken and written form, you can communicate in French, English is a plus
