ICT Network Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Networks mean more to you than switches, VLANs, and IP addresses? You want to not only operate technical solutions but actively implement and further develop them with customers? Then an exciting role awaits you between engineering, troubleshooting, and customer contact.
Responsibilities:
You reliably get LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructures up and running.
You ensure that existing network environments remain stable, performant, and well monitored.
You analytically investigate network faults and find sustainable solutions.
You contribute your know-how to exciting network and security projects.
You implement modern network solutions directly at customers and support their operation.
Qualifications:
You are familiar with switching, routing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and WLAN.
You ideally have training/studies in computer science.
You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
You have experience with monitoring, documentation, and professional troubleshooting.
You enjoy communicating directly with customers and feel comfortable in this role.
You have very good German skills as well as good French and/or Italian skills.
You hold a category B driving licence.
You are willing to undertake customer assignments throughout Switzerland.
