To strengthen the "Legal, Compliance & Risk" division, we are looking for you as a Specialist in Risk Management in Financial Market Law 80 - 100 %.

These tasks await you

• Advising, supporting, and independently managing our clients (especially banks and asset managers) in risk management (e.g. risk control function, operational risks, BCM, IKS) and in the area of compliance
• Implementing regulatory projects for our clients and further developing existing service offerings in risk management
• Monitoring regulatory developments primarily at the national level, clarifying the need for action, and informing and implementing appropriately with our clients
• Developing model regulations and instructions, analyses, reports, and other templates
• Assisting with editorial work and writing publications
• Co-designing and conducting specialist training and information events

What you bring with you

• Diploma as an auditor or alternatively a degree in law, business administration, or economics (university, university of applied sciences, college) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the financial market environment, especially in risk management, risk control, and/or IKS is required; practical knowledge in compliance is desirable
• You have sound knowledge in the topics of risk-bearing capacity, operational risks, and BCM in the financial market environment
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Thanks to your flexibility and service orientation, you also represent our company professionally and in a partnership manner on-site with clients when required
• Analytical thinking and recognising connections are among your strengths
• You are an open and communicative personality, like to take initiative, are sociable, and do not lose sight of practical and customer-oriented solutions
