One offering at the Dreipunkt Foundation is the USM workshop. In the USM workshop, USM furniture is purchased and sold. In addition, services in the areas of repair, conversion, assembly and disassembly are offered. Together with our young programme participants, orders related to this high-quality product are carried out.

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for the sale of USM furniture and various manufacturers including the purchase of USM second-hand materials

• CAD planning and relocations in the area of USM furniture sales

• Customer care such as internal and external consulting, processing customer enquiries, following up on quotations

• Administrative processing of orders such as order confirmations, quotations, deposits, invoices, delivery notes

• Drawing USM Haller and other furniture with pCon.planner and CAD "Virtual"

• Planning and coordination of orders in cooperation with the USM workshop

• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance (network) of existing customers and partners

• General correspondence with partners

• Building and further development of the supplier portfolio

• Co-responsibility for the expansion and development of new services of the USM workshop

• Support for the Head of Services in organisational tasks and projects

• Contact person for specialist questions internally and externally

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or manual basic training with professional experience, combined with technical understanding and manual skills

• Affinity for timeless design and experience in order processing

• Spatial imagination and technical affinity as well as knowledge of the modular USM furniture construction system

• Good knowledge of common office programmes, CAD

• Ability to plan furniture on the PC, visualise customer wishes and read CAD or USM-specific configuration plans and tackle them with the workshop team

• Good written and oral communication skills, very good knowledge of German

• Driving licence category B due to occasional inspections/deliveries at the customer on site

• Condition assessment such as estimation of market value and quality of used furniture when purchasing

• Strong customer orientation with organisational and communication skills internally and externally

• Assertiveness and service-oriented action

• High degree of independence, flexibility and resilience, precise working method

• Willingness, ideally also experience, in process-oriented work

• Understanding of work in a social and multicultural environment with young people and young adults

• Motivation and inspiration to consolidate and develop existing things, initiate and implement new ones
