Spaini Immobilien AG is a property management company based in Basel, primarily managing its own properties.

Due to the upcoming retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for a committed, detail-oriented

Property Accountant 100%

Your tasks

Managing the accounts of rental properties;

Administration of tenant accounts and monitoring of incoming payments;

Handling payment transactions and dunning procedures;

Preparing heating and ancillary cost statements;

Preparing VAT returns;

Preparing property accounts;

Preparing consortium financial statements;

Collaboration with the financial accountant and property managers; and much more.

To manage these demanding tasks, we expect a successfully completed commercial vocational training with several years of experience as a property accountant.

Good IT user skills (Microsoft Office products and Immotop advantageous), confident German language skills, affinity for numbers, as well as an independent and precise working style complete your profile.
