Our client is an established retirement home with an attached Spitex, which has ensured high-quality care and support for elderly people for years. As a reliable training company, the organisation places great importance on the sustainable promotion of young professionals and is actively involved in education and training. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as Vocational Training Manager.

Vocational Training Manager (m/f/d)

- Ensuring the training mandate according to the training regulations and training concept

- Coaching the trainers in all their tasks

- Supporting all apprentices and students in their learning

- Conducting the learning workshop and trainer meetings

- Reviewing the learning documentation of the apprentices

- Planning internal and external internship placements

- Planning and assessing competency evidence

- Planning, organising and assessing internal practical work

- Contact person for apprentices, schools, trainers and authorities

- Participation in meetings, reports and experience exchange meetings

- Collaborating on updating the training concept

- Education in Tertiary I or II level

- Further training with SVEB 1/2 certification

- At least two years of professional experience in the field

- Sound knowledge of training regulations and training concepts

- Coaching and advisory skills towards trainers

- Organisational skills for internships and competency assessments

- Strong communication skills in interaction with various contacts

- Sense of responsibility and trustworthiness regarding confidentiality
