For an established company in Dietlikon, ZH, we are EXCLUSIVELY looking for a motivated HR personality to support a well-coordinated two-person team on a fixed-term basis until the end of the year. A varied role, short distances and an environment where your support really makes a difference.

These are your tasks

• You are involved in day-to-day business and relieve the two-person HR team where support is currently needed
• You accompany the administrative processes around entries, exits, contract changes and other steps along the employee lifecycle
• You are the contact person for employees on various HR questions and clarify concerns in coordination with HR management
• You support recruiting by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and other organisational tasks
• You prepare work confirmations and references and ensure that documents and records are reliably available
• You assist with smaller HR projects and contribute to reporting and evaluations

• You have completed training as an HR assistant and bring at least two years of practical HR experience
• You work precisely, in a structured and reliable manner and keep an overview even when several topics are running simultaneously
• You are an uncomplicated personality who likes to take responsibility and does not wait long for someone else to take the first step
• You enjoy contact with people and present yourself in a friendly, professional and solution-oriented manner
• You think along, enjoy working independently and at the same time support a team that can rely on each other
• You speak flawless German
