The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection", our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Professional experience at a spa reception or in the front office of a 5* hotel or luxury spa is an advantage Confident handling of MS Office, Outlook and ideally the TAC system High affinity for wellness, health and holistic guest experience Distinctive host personality with a warm, authentic and service-oriented manner Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage Team-oriented, responsible and flexible personality with an independent working style Well-groomed appearance as well as excellent manners and a professional demeanour Empathetic, discreet and trustworthy personality with high emotional intelligence Organisational talent with the ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations Strong quality awareness as well as attention to detail and excellence in guest service Sales strength and enjoyment in competently advising guests on spa treatments, products and offers High resilience as well as calmness and composure even in a lively working environment Enjoyment of working in an international team and dealing with demanding guests

Warm and professional advice and care of our international guests before, during and after their stay according to LQA standards Competent coordination and organisation of all treatment and therapy appointments taking into account optimal utilisation Active sales and individual advice on our exclusive spa offer as well as high-quality retail products Professional handling of the spa e-mail inbox as well as telephone enquiries and reservations Completion of all administrative tasks and maintenance of guest data in the spa management system TAC Ensuring a smooth process at the spa reception in close cooperation with therapists and other hotel departments Responsibility for professional cash management as well as correct posting of all spa services in TAC Ensuring a first-class guest experience according to our 5-star superior and leading spa standards
