With around 160 employees, the foundation offers a variety of residential, work, and day-structure services and stands for a respectful coexistence as well as professional support for its clients. Due to retirement, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and value-oriented leader as

CEO (m/f/d)

Your role

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the foundation
• Further development of the organisation and shaping of change and development processes
  in close cooperation with the board of trustees and management
• Promotion of a value-oriented leadership and corporate culture as well as targeted development
  of managers and employees
• Responsibility for sustainable business success, finances and quality
• Representation of the foundation towards authorities, politics and other stakeholders

Your profile

• Higher education or further training in the field of corporate management, management or comparable
• Several years of leadership experience at overall management level in a similarly sized organisation
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as sound business and strategic competence
• Experience in developing organisations and implementing change processes
• Authentic personality with high leadership, communication and social skills
