We are looking for immediate start or by arrangement

All-rounder Cultivation & Production / Deputy Head of Cultivation m/f/d (100%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and versatile personality for the area of cultivation & production with an additional role as deputy head of cultivation. Depending on the season, you will support us in cultivation, production as well as in the maintenance of our harvesting machines, tractors, trailers and equipment and take on deputy tasks in cultivation management.

Your tasks

During the cultivation and harvest season

• Sowing and harvesting our sweetcorn crops
• Deputising and supporting the head of cultivation
• Transport as well as storage and retrieval of goods
• Setting up and adjusting machines
• Picking and ensuring product quality

Outside the season

• Maintenance, servicing and overhaul of machines and equipment
• Preparation of production facilities for the upcoming season
• Assistance in production and operation of packaging lines
• General operational, cleaning and inventory tasks

Your profile

• Practical training, ideally in agriculture or mechanics
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Experience with agricultural machinery
• Driving licence category B; forklift and lorry licence C/CE advantageous
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style
• Good German skills and enthusiasm for agriculture, technology and sweetcorn
