Everything from a single source and nationwide throughout Switzerland.To strengthen our team in Spreitenbach, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable, technically skilled and linguistically talented clerk for spare parts sales.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for advising and selling spare parts by phone, email and in person on site in Spreitenbach in German and French (B2B and B2C)
- You handle the entire order process, from receipt to invoicing
- You assist with operational purchasing and manage the assigned supplier portfolio
- You work closely with internal and external technicians, warehouse team, customer service, appliance sales and the workshop
Your profile
- You have completed a basic technical education with commercial further training or vice versa
- Your experience includes a similar position in a technical environment
- You have business fluent German and French skills, additional languages are an advantage
- With your organisational and planning skills, you keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You are a team player and enjoy daily customer contact
- You are familiar with MS Office and preferably have experience with SAP
