Nursing Management (NSM)

We focus on family caregiving. We support families who care for their relatives at home.

As Nursing Management (NSM), you are the professional and organisational main person responsible in the nursing service. You lead the team, support the staff in their daily work, and ensure that care is delivered with high quality, safely, and correctly.

What you will do with us:

• You lead and support our nursing team in daily tasks
• You are the direct contact person for our qualified nursing professionals
• You lead the daily team meetings and coordinate the processes
• You allocate tasks and ensure efficient working
• You make professional and organisational decisions in the nursing area
• You conduct needs assessments for new clients and assign them within the team
• You review care plans, progress reports, and reassessments
• You conduct quality and employee discussions
• You support health insurance audits
• You help to recruit and onboard new employees
• In short: You lead the nursing service both professionally and organisationally.

What you bring with you:

• Qualification as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH
• Experience in Spitex or outpatient care is an advantage
• Enjoyment in leadership, organisation, and teamwork
• You can motivate people and communicate clearly
• You work in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner
• You know Spitex software or learn it quickly
• You are proficient with laptops and feel confident and comfortable using digital tools.
• Driving licence category B
