The client is a leading Swiss telecommunications company offering innovative communication and digital solutions for private and business customers. What to expect:

• Acquisition of new customers through telephone prospecting
• Active new customer acquisition on site with business clients
• Cross- & upselling with existing customers
• Care and expansion of long-term customer relationships
• Individual, solution-oriented customer consulting
• Close collaboration within the team for a professional customer experience

What you should bring:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or comparable qualification
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in active sales
• Strong communication skills as well as analytical and networked thinking
• Very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage
• Independent, goal-oriented and sales-strong working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact and achieving sales targets
• Driving licence category B required
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
