To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Sales Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible
Your tasks:
- You support, motivate and coach your employees with enthusiasm in an environment with rapidly changing requirements and conditions
- You take care of the development of our current and future branch managers and build an internal talent pool for our further expansion
- You are responsible for implementing the company’s internal standards and guidelines in your region
- You evaluate figures and analyses and independently derive sales-oriented measures and put them into practice
- By choosing the position of Regional Manager, you opt for a leadership career
- You have full budget and result responsibility for 30 specialist stores with a total of 75 employees
- As Regional Manager, you have full personnel responsibility for your area and recruit your employees together with the HR department
Your profile:
- You bring many years of solid professional experience as a Area Manager (m/f/d) or several years of experience as a Sales Manager (m/f/d) in multi-site retail or medical technology, preferably from the optics or hearing aid industry
- Ideally, you are familiar with the structures of a dynamically developing company (organic and inorganic) and understand the requirements of a national sales structure
- You think strategically, act pragmatically and bring a pronounced hands-on mentality as well as a willingness to take responsibility
- You love "change" and inspire your teams in the change process
- You plan, organise, implement and lead with great independence
- Your analytical thinking is outstanding and you love to act as an entrepreneur in the organisation, cost-conscious and making independent, quick decisions within your area of responsibility
- Daily analysis of your key figures is part of your basic understanding (e.g. PowerBI)
- Very good English and French skills
- Willingness to be mobile in the field
- Excellent communication skills that motivate all employees

Your profile:
- You have solid professional experience of several years as an Area Manager (m/f/d) or a few years as a Sales Manager (m/f/d) in multi-site retail or medical technology, ideally in the optics or hearing aid sector
- Ideally, you know the structures of a dynamically developing company (organic and external growth) and master the requirements related to a national sales organisation
- You think strategically, act pragmatically and demonstrate a strong hands-on spirit as well as a willingness to take responsibility
- You love change and know how to enthuse your teams in transformation processes
- You plan, organise, implement and lead with great autonomy
- You stand out for your analytical mind and enjoy acting as an entrepreneur within the organisation, with a keen sense of costs, making quick and independent decisions in your area of responsibility
- Daily analysis of your key performance indicators (KPIs) is an integral part of your working method (e.g. Power BI)
- Very good knowledge of English and French
- Willingness to be mobile in the field
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to motivate all employees
