Your tasks
- Independent and proactive customer support, building long-term relationships
- Comprehensive consulting, development of individual concepts and sale of products and services such as operational services (e.g. building management systems, energy monitoring systems)
- Network maintenance and business development in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Acquisition of new customers through targeted acquisition as well as ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process – from first contact to project handover
- Internal exchange with project management and development
- Preparation of complex offers according to customer-specific requirements
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training, further education at FH/HF level desired
- Technical background with sales experience
- Excellent social skills and strong networking talent
- Pronounced communication skills, negotiation skills and goal-oriented thinking
- A structured and independent way of working
- Affinity and willingness to learn about our technical solutions
- German, English and French are an advantage
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland (driving licence category B)
