Operational Buyer 100% (m/f/d)
Our partner is synonymous with healthy, energy-efficient and comfortable indoor climate. The company employs over 3500 people worldwide, including around 300 in Switzerland across 3 companies. They develop and manufacture their products in 16 own plants, five of which are located in China and North America. Sales in more than 70 countries are conducted through their own local sales companies and representatives.
Responsibilities:
You independently handle supplier inquiries, order matters and ongoing procurement processes.
You regularly check and update material data in the ERP system.
In case of discrepancies between order and invoice, you ensure the necessary clarification.
You monitor delivery bottlenecks and coordinate further steps with the involved departments.
You prepare framework conditions and order documents in the designated system.
You provide administrative support for the introduction of new suppliers and items.
You keep quality certificates and supplier information fully documented.
You support category management and other departments with projects and evaluations.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship forms your professional foundation.
Ideally, you have further training in purchasing, supply chain management or business administration.
Good user knowledge of SAP and an understanding of ERP processes are required.
You conduct negotiations objectively and with the necessary determination.
You organise your tasks independently and work reliably.
A cooperative working style is important to you even with differing interests.
Willingness to travel up to 20% within the European environment is expected.
You have very good German and English skills for communication with international partners.
