Your Tasks

• Responsibility and management of various demanding building construction projects
• Communication with clients, specialist planners and contractors in collaboration with the management
• Conducting construction meetings, leading project and specialist planner teams
• Coordinating workflows, monitoring deadlines and quality control
• Measurement control, cost control, preparation of tenders for all types of work
• Administrative tasks within the project such as preparation and follow-up of meetings, minute taking, correspondence and scheduling

Your Profile

• Basic training in construction as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture and further training as a construction manager or construction technician
• Independent, responsible and efficient working style in a digital environment.
• High initiative, confident appearance and communicative personality
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Organised, goal-oriented and reliable person with healthy self-discipline
