Your Tasks

• You represent the canton in its role as client and manage demanding new construction, renovation and maintenance projects across all project phases.
• You take responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines and lead projects purposefully to success.
• You advocate for high functional, ecological as well as design-aesthetic qualities.
• You coordinate and lead internal and external project participants and ensure effective collaboration.
• You represent the interests of the canton towards users, planners, authorities and other stakeholders.
• You make a significant contribution to the sustainable, economical and architecturally convincing development of the cantonal property portfolio.

Your Profile

• Completed studies as an architect or engineer (ETH, university or university of applied sciences)
• Several years of experience as a project manager in architecture or client representation required
• Several years of experience in project management of construction projects across all phases, from project definition to commissioning, in Switzerland
• Knowledge or interest in the field of building preservation and sustainable value maintenance of real estate
• Strong understanding of quality, costs and deadlines as well as a solution-oriented working style
• Networked thinking, initiative and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• High service orientation as well as a confident and engaging manner
• Fluent oral and written expression in German
