About the job

The Model Group develops, produces and supplies innovative and high-quality display and packaging solutions made from solid and corrugated cardboard. The paper for this is produced in our own paper mills from recycled paper fibres – thus ensuring a sustainable paper cycle. The Model Group employs around 4,400 people at 15 European locations. The company headquarters is located in Weinfelden.

These are your tasks

• Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented shipping
• Release of tours and control of the warehouse control computer
• Contact person for other departments and proactive assurance of communication within shipping as well as with other departments
• Monitoring compliance with delivery dates as well as times and coordination of schedule changes with other departments
• Compliance with processes according to ISO, BRC-IoP, AEO, Model specifications and safety regulations as well as orderliness and cleanliness in shipping
• Preloading trailers with packaging goods, repositioning trailers on the company premises and performing warehouse transports

This is what distinguishes you

• Completed training in logistics and 2 to 3 years of professional experience
• Category C/E driving licence advantageous
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Team-oriented and solution-focused personality with strong communication skills
• Open and cheerful person with good manners
