With immediate effect or by arrangement, the Department of Municipal Operations, Water Supply Division, is looking for you as

Water Attendant (80 - 100 %)

This is what you will achieve with us

• Supporting the plant attendant in implementing the quality assurance system of our versatile operation with a full supply mandate
• Carrying out maintenance work in reservoirs, spring catchments and pumping stations including surrounding work.
• Participating in the structural and operational maintenance of the approximately 200 km long drinking water network
• Providing regular on-call service within the framework of the on-call organisation

This is how you will impress us

• Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma in a craft-technical profession (e.g. sanitary installer, heating installer, road builder) or comparable training
• Experience in pipeline construction, civil engineering or technical plant maintenance is an advantage,
• Good technical understanding, manual dexterity and a good grasp of things
• Team player, service-oriented as well as independent and efficient working style
• Car driving licence and residence in the Köniz region, trailer test BE is an advantage
