Embedded Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:

In this role as an Embedded Software Engineer, you take responsibility for making systems even smarter. You develop the next generation of smart, electric, and sustainable special vehicles and see directly what your code moves: from control to the finished machine on the road. You are responsible for developing innovative solutions that set international standards. You contribute your skills to continuously develop our products and provide real added value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- You develop embedded software for real high-tech systems
- You work on electric drives and controls in a growing future field
- You take responsibility for your own topics or subprojects
- You work closely with mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, and production and see the direct impact of your work
- You are part of a team that works pragmatically, quickly, and solution-oriented
- You create software designs, specifications, and test concepts
Qualifications:
- You have a technical education in automotive, electrical, or systems engineering as well as a FH / ETH degree
- You bring experience in embedded software development as well as in measurement and control technology
- You have good knowledge of modern C / C++ programming
- You have experience with Git and ideally with functional safety
- You have experience with agile methods
- You have good knowledge of German and English
