Your main tasks:

- Cleaning and maintaining indoor, outdoor, and green areas
- Technical rounds as well as operation, control, and maintenance of the facilities
- Performing small repairs and first intervention in case of malfunctions and damage reports
- Planning and executing maintenance work including control and documentation
- Waste management and disposal
- Winter service
- Monitoring order and safety
- Contact person for tenants, owners, and service providers
- Billing of additional services
- Providing on-call service

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ or basic technical training in the field of maintenance
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Manual skills and enjoyment of practical work
- Proficient IT skills
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Structured and independent working style
