Clerk: Inpatient Billing 80-100%

Your main tasks
- Billing and case processing of inpatient services: timely creation, cancellation and re-billing of invoices as well as handling of pending items, supplementary invoices, error reports, invoice rejections and corrections
- Participation in process optimisation in inpatient billing
- Information and contact person for cost bearers such as insurance companies, patients and internal departments
- Support in the training of new employees as well as assistance to supervisors with individually arising tasks
Your profile
- Ideally a completed commercial apprenticeship
- Medical knowledge is an advantage for processing report requests
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Quick comprehension, initiative and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German
