Your tasks – precise, versatile, and never boring
- Technology that works: You install, configure, and operate IT and network components as well as PC, peripheral, and multimedia devices – reliably and proactively.
- Support with responsibility: You take over 1st and 2nd level support and ensure with clear processes that technical challenges are solved quickly and professionally.
- On-/Off-Boarding with foresight: You design the IT on-/off-boarding process, continuously develop it, and thus ensure that entering and leaving employees experience a professional, smooth, and well-supported transition.
- Administration with competence: Together with the team, you are responsible for the Microsoft 365 platform and the on-premises infrastructure including network – stable, secure, and efficient.
- Shaping projects: With your expertise, you support the IT project manager and IT manager in implementing exciting IT projects and actively drive the digital future of pflegimuri forward.
- Technology that works: You install, configure, and operate IT and network components as well as PC, peripheral, and multimedia devices – reliably and proactively.
What you bring – that’s why you fit perfectly with us
- Solid foundation: You have completed training in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field and already have initial experience in IT support as well as in managing IT systems.
- Technical know-how: Your knowledge in the areas of network technology, server infrastructure, operating systems, and Microsoft 365 is solid – and you apply it purposefully.
- Service-oriented: The needs of users are your focus – you act solution-oriented and ensure smooth processes.
- Connected & proactive: You think outside the box, work independently and responsibly – and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
