In this context, we are seeking a Senior Claims Officer Accident Benefits 80–100%.

The following exciting tasks await you:

• Qualified and proactive handling of accidents in close cooperation with care managers and consulting doctors
• Active, independent and customer-oriented case management
• Drafting complex correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations
• Regular exchange with insured persons, customers as well as authorities, doctors and legal representatives

This is what sets you apart:

• Completed commercial or comparable vocational training, ideally with a professional certificate in insurance
• Several years of experience in the field of accident insurance
• Fluent German, French skills an advantage
• Communication skills, negotiation ability and assertiveness
