Housing Specialist (80% workload)
These are your tasks:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of ASS clients in a structured residential group in everyday life as well as promotion of their development potential
- Cooperative key worker role
- Close coordination with the team for a common nursing-pedagogical attitude and for shaping everyday life
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary bodies
This is what you bring:
- Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH, care specialist (FaBe) specializing in disability care or equivalent pedagogical training
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
- Openness to new solution approaches and reflecting on one’s own actions
- Confidence in dealing with challenging client behavior
