Residential Specialist
Your tasks are:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients, partly with pronounced ASD, in a structured residential group in everyday life as well as promotion of their developmental potential
- Cooperative key worker role
- Close coordination with the team for a shared care-educational approach and for shaping everyday life
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary bodies
- 80% workload
You bring with you:
- Qualification as a social pedagogue HF/FH, care specialist (FaBe) specialising in disability care or equivalent pedagogical training
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Observational skills and enjoyment in appreciative support of people
- Openness to new solution approaches and reflecting on one’s own actions
- Confidence in dealing with challenging behaviour of clients
