Senior Payroll & HR Specialist 80-100% (a)
Your tasks:
- Managing the entire salary and time accounting according to current legal regulations
- Handling all administrative tasks and settlements with all social insurances
- Checking and further processing of electronic time and expense recording
- First point of contact for employees and managers on salary and social insurance questions as well as other HR concerns
- Processing and checking insurance benefits in cases of illness, accident, maternity, etc.
- Responsibility/processing of withholding taxes for the entire company
- Assistance with the reconciliation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Maintaining contact with superiors, employees, authorities and insurance companies
- Participation in HR projects and testing in payroll
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of salary and social insurance
- Sound Abacus knowledge, as well as confident handling of IT applications
- Numerical flair, conscientious and trustworthy
- Solution-oriented and very responsible
- Team player with an exact, committed and efficient way of working
- Business fluent in German, additional languages such as French and Italian would be an advantage
