To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated Purchasing / Scheduling Specialist (m/f).

Your Tasks

• Contact point for production for internal sales.
• Delivery date clarifications for sales.
• Proactive delivery date management including timely information to sales.
• Order processing
• Ensuring scheduling and capacity planning as well as work preparation.
• Review and ongoing updating of manufacturing documents and ERP data.
• Coordination of external service providers and suppliers, support of purchasing.
• Reporting of deviations (causes, measures).
• Monitoring corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Optimisation of batch sizes and delivery times.
• Control and monitoring of inventories.
• Support in the area of shipping and warehouse logistics.
• Coordination of activities with upstream and downstream processes/teams.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Further training as process or production specialist or purchasing specialist
• Experience in scheduling, purchasing or a comparable position
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Analytical thinking and structured working method
• Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
• Independent, reliable, communicative and team-oriented
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
