To complement our infrastructure team, we are looking for a Project Manager. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing our infrastructure projects and ensuring that our locations are optimally equipped both technically and operationally.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Leading and planning infrastructure projects (from new locations to renovations of existing franchise operations)
- Ensuring operational readiness of all existing locations
- Monitoring project budgets, costs, deadlines, and quality requirements
- Managing external service providers (construction, technology, suppliers)
- Compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
What you bring:
- A vocational or technical basic education, preferably with an additional qualification in project management
- Ideally, you have experience in project management, in the gastronomy, delivery service, or retail environment
- Teamwork skills, flexibility, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatic working style, and hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and a valid category B driving licence
- Very good German skills; English or French skills are an advantage
