Introduction

Our dynamic and rapidly growing company is active in exterior joinery (windows, doors, mailboxes, etc.) and is looking, for an immediate or agreed start, for its future sales representative.

You will have the opportunity to join a young and motivated team in a modern and friendly environment if you wish to invest yourself in continuing our development.

You will be responsible for marketing our products to a clientele of professionals such as joiners, locksmiths, and metal constructors.

Your mission:

• Identify and acquire new clients
• Present and sell the company’s products to potential and existing customers
• Provide technical support to customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers
• Achieve the sales and results targets agreed upon in the sales plan

Qualifications

• You have a basic qualification with a Federal VET Diploma, such as:
• Joiner, metal constructor, building draughtsman, or an equivalent recognised qualification
• You have honed your innate sales skills in a commercial role and your interpersonal ease is evident
• Your customer orientation and ability to seek solutions allow you to position yourself as a preferred contact
• You are an organised, pragmatic, autonomous person who knows how to manage priorities
• You know the Swiss market and have a good network
• Fluency in Swiss German is not essential but is a strong advantage
