What to expect
- You are responsible for the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Product Data area
- You lead a cross-functional team professionally and consistently steer it along goals and outcomes
- You take end-to-end responsibility for the product area from discovery to further development
- You work closely with the team lead and ensure effective and sustainable delivery
- You further develop key product data capabilities such as product creation, master data, enrichment, and automation
- You create the foundation for scalable management of a broad and complex assortment
- You ensure high data quality, consistency, and usability across all relevant processes
- You identify strategic and operational levers and implement effective initiatives from them
- You actively drive automation and efficiency improvements, especially through the use of AI and LLM-based solutions
- You manage demanding stakeholders and create alignment across divisions and system boundaries
- You create transparency about goals, progress, risks, and outcomes and lead decisions even in complex situations
What you bring
- Several years of experience in a strategic product management role with clear end-to-end responsibility
- Several years of experience as a product lead or in a comparable role with ownership of vision, roadmap, and prioritization
- Proven experience in the professional leadership of a cross-functional product team
- Proven experience in the product data domain, e.g., in areas such as PIM, MDM, product creation, master data, enrichment, or comparable platforms
- Experience managing complex requirements in an e-commerce or highly data-driven environment
- Very good understanding of scalable product data processes, data quality, and data models
- Experience with complex system landscapes and managing broad and complex assortments
- Very good understanding of agile product development and modern product methods
- High confidence in prioritization, decision-making, and outcome-oriented management
- Strong stakeholder management even in demanding constellations
- Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience with data-driven work and modern AI and LLM tools
