Senior System Engineer / Consulting
What you can achieve with us.
- Implementation of demanding enterprise projects for national and international customers
- Analysis of existing IT infrastructures and identification of optimisation potential
- Development and implementation of modern system and network architectures - Technical support for sales (expertise, feasibility studies, offers)
- Conducting technical analyses in case of faults (2nd level)
- Support and continuous development of customer solutions
- Taking on on-call duties (standby service)
- Application of the latest findings from research and development and their practical testing
- Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Active participation in the further development of our ICT sector
What sets you apart.
- Completed vocational training in the IT field
- Further education at HF, FH, or university level (e.g., computer science, business informatics)
- At least 10 years of professional experience in a service-oriented IT environment with external customers - Independent, responsible, and communicative personality
- Solution-oriented, analytical, and systematic working style
- Several years of experience with network, security, SaaS, virtualisation, UCC, and session border controller solutions
- Team-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills
- Experience in implementing complex IT projects
- Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Alcatel-Lucent, AudioCodes, Enterprise, New Voice, Microsoft, Freshworks) are an advantage
- Very good German skills; good English skills in spoken and written form
