About the job

We are Solifos – a Swiss SME with over 25 years of experience in fibre optic sensors and tactical communication systems. Our IT is not an end in itself, but the tool our team uses daily. To ensure this runs smoothly – and continuously improves – we are looking for you. A:

Application Developer & IT Support (m/f/d) - 60-100%

Your role

Support & Operations (approx. 50%)

• You are the contact person for 1st and 2nd level support – on site, by phone, remotely
• You manage clients, servers, network and Microsoft 365
• You procure, install and manage hardware and software
• You take care of onboarding and offboarding employees
• You handle IT security, backups and documentation

Development (approx. 50%)

• You develop internal applications and tools – from idea to productive use
• You automate recurring processes and build interfaces between SAP, M365 and other systems
• You further develop existing applications
• You speak directly with users and see the impact of your solution

What you bring

• Completed training in computer science (EFZ application or platform development, HF, FH) – or equivalent experience, also welcome as a career changer with verifiable projects
• Solid programming skills (e.g. C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, SQL – not all, but something solid)
• Experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and basic networking
• Independent, pragmatic working style – you see things through to the end
• Enjoyment in contact with people, even those who do not speak IT language
• Very good German skills, English an advantage
